Licensed Realtor® Calvin Lachnitt joins Dale Sorensen Real Estate

Licensed Florida real estate agent Calvin “Cal” Lachnitt has joined the highly successful firm of Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE).

Lachnitt brings a unique combination of skills, perspective, and experience to the real estate industry. Growing up in Vero Beach surrounded by real estate professionals gives him a strong understanding of the local market. That combined with his degree in Business Administration gives him an advantage beneficial to his clients when it comes to understanding the dynamics of how the market trends, values and investments work. His hands-on experience in the residential and commercial construction arena has given him valuable insight into recognizing quality building practices and a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up.

“I chose real estate because it brings together my background in construction and my passion for business,” Lachnitt said. “Real estate lets me combine both skill sets to guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process.”

Lachnitt has an AA Degree specializing in Business Administration, Certifications in Entrepreneurship, Accounting Technology Specialist, Accounting Technology Operations and is a Certified Stormwater and Erosion Inspector. He is currently working on obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He specializes in newly built residential construction throughout Indian River County and the Treasure Coast.

Lachnitt believes his youth is an advantage. “I am able to learn quickly, adapt easily and bring a fresh energy and new ideas to the table. I am proficient in social media and online marketing allowing me to market my clients’ properties both locally and globally.”

Lachnitt grew up in Vero Beach and truly loves his hometown. “It strikes the perfect balance, not too big, not too small. You don’t have to deal with heavy traffic, but there is still plenty to do and beautiful places to enjoy. It’s a great community with a relaxed vibe, which makes it easy to connect with people and feel at home.”
