Now in its fifth year, the firm takes great pride in rewarding, recognizing, and celebrating agents who consistently go above and beyond. An intimate group of about 60 high-performing agents gathered for morning sessions that featured insights from HomeServices of America CEO Chris Kelly, who shared strategic guidance for navigating and succeeding in today’s dynamic real estate market. The event also offered practical, actionable training on AI in real estate, led by Chief Coaching Officer Jimmy Burgess. His session equipped attendees with tools to embrace digital transformation and apply emerging technologies in their daily business.

 

Communication excellence was emphasized through resources from renowned author and executive coach Patricia Stark, offering additional strategies to strengthen client engagement. The day began with a networking session featuring locally brewed coffee from Valor Coffee, followed by a private lunch at Iberian Pig, reinforcing Harry Norman’s culture of collaboration and mentorship.

 

The Fall Event capped off a year-long commitment to professional growth, including announcing an exclusive 2026 recognition trip to the Nizuc Hotel in Cancun, Mexico—a three-night, all-inclusive retreat that has previously featured educational sessions and networking opportunities for top-performing agents.
