Industry Veteran Joins the Firm’s Leadership Team To Support

Strategic Initiatives, Organizational Growth and Continued Momentum

ATLANTA: Harry Norman | Forbes Global Properties today announced the appointment of Kristin Lamb as Vice President – Strategic Operations, strengthening the firm's leadership structure as it continues to build on its longstanding position in Atlanta's residential real estate market and expand its focus on strategic growth and innovation.

In her new role, Lamb will work closely with President Todd Emerson and members of the firm's leadership team to help shape and advance corporate initiatives, strategic priorities, and organizational programs. She will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other key leaders across the company, bringing decades of real estate industry leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development experience to the role.

As Vice President – Strategic Operations, Lamb will help support the company's day-to-day strategic direction while Emerson continues to focus closely on supporting the needs of Harry Norman’s agents, brokers and recruiting efforts. Together, the leadership structure is designed to strengthen collaboration across the organization and position the firm for continued growth.

Lamb brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate association leadership, strategic planning, communications, and executive development. She served as Chief Executive Officer of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR) from 1993 to 2016, leading an organization with approximately 2,500 members. During her tenure, ACBR became a national model for commercial real estate programs and earned multiple awards and national recognition.

Prior to and during her career with ACBR, Lamb also served as Vice President of Asset Management & Association Services, overseeing 10 real estate associations representing more than 14,000 members, and as Executive Vice President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Educational Foundation, which operates the Atlanta REALTORS® Center and Atlanta REALTORS® School. She has held numerous national and state leadership positions, including Chairman of the Commercial Leadership Forum of the National Association of REALTORS® and Chairman of the Association Executive Committee of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.

Lamb earned the REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation and received the ACBR President's Award twice. Her leadership and industry contributions have been recognized by Bisnow, which named her one of the Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate, and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, which included her in "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate" for 17 consecutive years and named her one of the Most Admired CEOs in 2016.

Since 2016, Lamb has consulted with nonprofit organizations and private-sector executives, including CEOs and emerging leaders, and has delivered keynote presentations and strategic guidance to organizations nationwide. She has advised organizations on leadership, organizational strategy, and commercial real estate structures, including the Canadian Real Estate Association.
