Former Taylor Swift Home Sells for Highest Price on Cape Cod in 2025

The iconic seaside estate at 27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis Port, once owned by global superstar Taylor Swift, has officially sold—marking the highest residential sale on Cape Cod year-to-date.

Perched above Nantucket Sound in one of the Cape’s most exclusive enclaves, the property drew widespread interest and was recently featured on WCVB’s Chronicle in June for its rich history, sweeping ocean views, and direct sightlines to the famed Kennedy Compound.

“This home was the perfect balance of refined architecture and seaside living—clean lines and a timeless sense of proportion that just made it feel effortless and inviting,” said listing agent Robert B. Kinlin. “It was an honor to market this remarkable property and assist in bringing it to a successful close,” added Kinlin, who was recently named to the prestigious RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list ranking in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide—a testament to his consistent excellence and leadership in the luxury sector.

The sale reaffirms Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties' standing as a leader in luxury waterfront sales across Cape Cod and coastal Massachusetts. The firm continues to set the standard in the region’s high-end market.

“We take great pride in the level of service, market knowledge, and discretion our agents provide,” said Emily Clark, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties. “This sale is a reflection of our continued commitment to excellence in the luxury sector and the trust our clients place in us to represent some of the region’s most extraordinary homes.”
