Harry Norman, REALTORS® fall success circle celebrates top-performing agents

Harry Norman, REALTORS®, Atlanta’s premier luxury real estate firm, recently had the pleasure of rewarding top-performing agents and teams at its 2023 Success Circle Fall Event on Thursday, Sept. 21, at The Hamilton Alpharetta and Friday, Sept. 22 at local Harry Norman offices. The awarded real estate professionals of the Success Circle are those who have met specific requirements that grant them Success Circle status, with individuals generating at least $4M in closed volume and a minimum of $8M for teams.

The Success Circle event is a seasonal tradition for Harry Norman, REALTORS®, taking place in Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter, aimed at acknowledging the hard work, dedication, and outstanding results achieved by this cohort of exceptional real estate professionals.

The two-day event included both in-person and virtual learning opportunities for agents to join at office watch parties. Thursday, Sept. 21 opened with classes around “Ins & Outs of Permitting,” “Building a Team,” “Succession Planning for Your Business,” “Ins & Outs of Purchasing New Construction,” and “Continuity with Clients.” After a lunch break provided by The Hamilton, afternoon sessions included “Use of Videos for Marketing and Self-Promotion” and “AI and Technology Use in Real Estate.” Thursday closed out with cocktails and conversations in The Hamilton Courtyard as well as individual office dinners hosted by Harry Norman, REALTORS® Family of Service Partners.

On Friday, Sept. 22, breakfast was served at individual offices while David Hartnett and Dr. Ivan Joseph delivered the virtual keynote presentation, “Informing and Inspiring Your Success”. Hartnett, Chief Economic Development Officer at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, kicked off the session with ‘The Future for Atlanta in 2024 and Beyond’, covering key topics such as Atlanta’s business, industry, population, and growth. Rounding out the keynote sessions, Dr. Ivan Joseph, a world-renowned leadership expert, author, keynote speaker, and award-winning coach whose Ted Talk on “The Skill of Self Confidence” gained over 27 million views, delivered ‘Success, Self-Confidence & Resilience.” This powerful presentation focused on identifying and harnessing internal motivators to achieve a fulfilling life and career.

The Success Circle Fall Event concluded Friday evening at the Country Club of the South for a Casino Royale-themed celebration. Agents enjoyed an evening of fine dining, live music, and a selection of professionally hosted table games.
